Analysis Of Vocabulary Reuse And Dynamic Evolution In Linked Data

Since it was proposed by Tim Berners Lee in 2006,linked data has been one of the important topics in semantic web.Vocabulary,as the semantic glue in the linked data,creates a series of classes and attributes,which can provide standardized terms for data modeling,facilitate user understanding,machine query and processing.Existing studies show that linked data will go through a series of activities such as modification,addition,deletion and maintenance from the beginning of publishing,which will lead to the change of resources and the relationship between resources.Due to the significant dynamic characteristics of linked data,vocabulary as the link of linked data,its reuse mode and dynamic evolution factors of vocabulary network are worth further exploring,in order to maintain the consistency,effectiveness and accuracy in the process of dynamic change of linked data.Based on this,this study selects the cross domain dataset and LOV in the LOD linked data cloud as the research objects,and mainly uses the social network analysis method to explore the vocabulary reuse and dynamic evolution law in the linked data.The research is mainly carried out from the following aspects:(1)the general situation of data sets,the ways and current situation of vocabulary reuse in data sets are explored.It is pointed out that there are three ways of reusing vocabulary: building data model,providing metadata description and establishing association mapping.It is pointed out that the reusability of vocabulary in cross domain datasets is low.We should further enhance the reusability of domain vocabulary on the basis of reusing general thesaurus,so as to give full play to the advantages of associated data.(2)This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and network structure characteristics of thesaurus,constructs vocabulary network based on the way of reuse between vocabulary and vocabulary,divides the relationship between thesaurus into reuse,metadata and mapping,clusters and analyzes the social network of thesaurus network under different relationships,explores the network characteristics,core vocabulary and module division under different relationships,and based on the analysis results Some suggestions on vocabulary construction and reuse are proposed.(3)This paper analyzes the evolution and rules of vocabulary reuse in thesaurus network from the perspective of dynamic evolution analysis.Based on the three periods of network data,this paper puts forward some hypotheses that may affect the evolution of thesaurus network,makes a statistical description and analysis of the evolution process of thesaurus network,and tests the parameters of the hypotheses,so as to clarify the dynamics and factors that affect the evolution of vocabulary network,which will help to promote the benign development of linked data and provide reference for the development of standardized Semantic Web services.
