Piezoelectric ceramics are widely used in aerospace,diesel power plant and other fields.In the variable temperature and continuous wind tunnel of the aircraft model,it can effectively suppress the large vibration of the low frequency cantilever support system with low stiffness and low damping induced by complex strong flow field conditions.However,large temperature variation can easily interfere with the output characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator,thus affecting its accurate output in the aerospace field,and even causing system damage.Therefore,it is important to investigate the output characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic actuators under variable temperature conditions for their applications in aerospace field.Aiming at variable temperature conditions the output characteristics of the piezoelectric actuator's lack of theory,output characteristic is difficult to test,test error compensation issues,carried out under the condition of variable temperature piezoelectric ceramic actuator output characteristic analysis,modeling and testing method of exploring,testing,error analysis and compensation of research,finally has carried on the test and it is concluded that the output characteristics of variable temperature experiment.The specific work is as follows:(1)The influence factors of the output characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic actuator under the condition of variable temperature are analyzed theoretically and the model is established.Firstly,the output displacement and output force models of the stacked piezoelectric actuator were established based on the study of piezoelectric ceramics and its performance parameters,and the influencing factors of the output characteristics of the actuator were analyzed;therefore,the variation trend of the output characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator under the condition of variable temperature is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent experimental test of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator under the condition of variable temperature.(2)Aiming at the problem of simultaneous measurement of micron-scale displacement output and k N force output of stacked piezoelectric ceramic actuators and the need to realize the cooperation of multiple sensors,a method for measuring the output characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic actuators was proposed.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the output displacement and force of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator,the application of complex test conditions and the requirement of multi-sensor cooperation for accurate testing were analyzed,and a test method for the output characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator was proposed;then,according to the test method,the overall test experimental system is built,including: electric-mechanical-thermal drive system,output characteristic test system and output characteristic data analysis system;and the test method verification experiment was carried out to verify the correctness of the test method and provide guarantee for the accuracy of the subsequent experimental data.(3)The error of piezoelectric actuator test results caused by temperature change was compensated.Firstly,the temperature variation of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator was mathematically modeled and the influencing factors of the temperature variation of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator were obtained;therefore,the variable temperature test environment was constructed and the variable temperature test conditions were determined according to the application field of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator;then,through simulation analysis and experimental testing methods,the test results of optical fiber displacement sensor,strain sensor and force sensor in the overall test system are analyzed and compensated,so as to provide guarantee for the accurate acquisition of experimental data under the condition of subsequent variable temperature.(4)Based on the above research,the output characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator were tested under the condition of variable temperature,and the regularities of the experimental results were analyzed.Firstly,the test conditions were determined as variable temperature,step boost and sinusoidal excitation voltage,and the preload force was applied;then the piezoelectric ceramic actuator was experimentally tested under the condition of variable temperature,according to the experimental data,the peak displacement increases by4.53% when the test temperature increases from room temperature to 60 ? under the stepped-pressure boost condition,and the temperature-output displacement expression is obtained through data fitting,when sinusoidal excitation voltage is applied to it,the peak output displacement increases by 13.33% when the temperature increases from room temperature to 60?,and the temperature-output displacement expression is obtained by data fitting,when under the condition of variable temperature imposed higher ladder/sine excitation voltage and the pre-tightening force,the output force under different pre-tightening force were increased significantly,and through the data fitting way to establish a variable temperature conditions ladder booster and piezoelectric output under the condition of sine excitation force model,for variable temperature conditions the application of piezoelectric ceramic actuators provide data support.
