A Study Of Privacy Conceptualization

Over the past century,with the rapid development of science and technology and society,privacy issues have become increasingly prominent,and privacy protection has gradually become the core topic of today's society.Although scholars from all walks of life have been devoted to the exploration of the nature of privacy,due to the extremely complex privacy phenomenon,the understanding of privacy progresses slowly and becomes increasingly difficult.In addition,modern technology is constantly giving birth to new challenges to privacy,privacy protection is extremely difficult,and problem solving has repeatedly failed.The concept is the theoretical starting point to understand the phenomenon of privacy,and is also the basic premise to form a social plan to solve the problem of privacy.However,the current situation of privacy research shows that the concept of privacy has become the focus of current privacy research,and it is also a difficult point to explore the nature of privacy.Therefore,the key to solve the privacy problem is to clarify the concept of privacy.Therefore,taking the concept of privacy as the starting point,reflecting on the dilemma of conceptualization of privacy and exploring new conceptualization scheme of privacy become the possible way to clarify the nature of privacy and present the value of privacy.In view of this,the research on as follows:first,through the social,historical and cultural factors analysis to investigate the complex phenomenon of privacy,and then the different phenomena of all kinds of privacy concept oriented system,and then reflect on all kinds of limitations of the definition of privacy and to present the essence of socialism and pragmatism as two kinds of privacy conceptual scheme;Then,we reflect on the two types of conceptualization schemes and point out the problems of each scheme.Then,through the change of the old scheme,the complementary scheme is proposed as a new scheme to conceptualize privacy.Finally,the possibility of the value of the new scheme is discussed.One is the value of methodology.The new scheme is the criticism and transcendence of the old scheme,which not only makes up the deficiency of the two schemes but also realizes the dialectical unity.The other one is the value of epistemology.The new scheme interprets the meaning of privacy in a normative way,which makes the understanding of privacy possible,and recognizes the value of privacy from a complementary perspective,so as to realize the unity of individual and social values.
