| The result of the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry is that manufacturing companies provide customers with product and service integration—Hybrid Offerings,which can be more flexible,create greater value,and more easily form differentiated competition.The advantages of the company have gradually been recognized and practiced by many equipment manufacturing companies,but it has also increased the complexity of the mixed product generation task of the manufacturing company to solve the problem of customer heterogeneity.Manufacturing companies are usually faced with the difficulty of scheduling tasks for hybrid offerings generation,as well as the dilemma of insufficient resources and capabilities.How to achieve orderly decomposition of work tasks and break through the constraints of existing resources and capabilities in order to achieve effective generation of hybrid offerings becomes the cost Research the key problems to be solved.On the basis of combing and referencing the related literature and theories of hybrid offerings generation,it is recognized that hybrid offerings generation has the characteristics of projectization.In order to realize the decomposition and scheduling of hybrid offerings generation tasks with the help of project management theory,this research uses typical hybrid offerings— SG’s energy recovery turbine device as an example,proposed the concept of hybrid offerings generation to realize a comprehensive bill of materials(Bill of Hybrid offerings,BOH),built a hybrid offerings(Work Break Structure,WBS)based on BOH,decomposed and clarified The task boundary of heterogeneous hybrid offerings;when the hybrid offerings generation task is clearly decomposed,but the resources and capabilities to support its generation are insufficient,the cloud manufacturing platform has the advantage of rich manufacturing and service resources,and the construction is built to minimize the cost and time of generation.The hybrid offerings task scheduling model that is turned into a goal,the solution method based on the hybrid particle swarm algorithm is given,and the hybrid offerings generation process with the coexistence of enterprise self-manufacturing and cloud manufacturing resource support is discussed.The research has reached the following two conclusions:(1)Project management theory can guide the decomposition and integration of hybrid offerings generation tasks.Hybrid offerings generation focuses on the problem of customer heterogeneity and interaction with different subjects.The project characteristics of the generation process are significant.That is,the task decomposition of hybrid offerings generation requires consideration of the composition of the respective task elements of the product and service,as well as the final integration.Realization,with the help of project management theory,it will be easier to form a BOH for customer-oriented problem solving,and it will be more conducive to timely mapping of information and reasonable assignment of tasks.(2)The generation of hybrid offerings for customer problem solving is prone to insufficient corporate resources and capabilities.A hybrid offerings generation model based on cloud manufacturing is proposed.Based on WBS,manufacturing companies can choose appropriate scheduling schemes according to their own capabilities to achieve hybrid offerings.Generate cost and time optimization goals.This model can alleviate the risk of insufficient resources and capabilities,enabling manufacturing companies to maximize their core technological advantages and provide customers with high-quality hybrid offerings.The above research results provide theoretical guidance and reference for the production model of hybrid offerings,and help alleviate the dilemma of insufficient resources and capabilities of hybrid offerings manufacturers. |
