The demand for natural gas as a clean energy source is increasing.Due to the existence of the gas pipeline capacity of natural gas and the uncertainty and time-varying of the gas consumption of natural gas users and the gas supply volume of upstream natural gas,natural gas distribution station control generally has poor control precision,slow adjustment speed,and cannot be stably optimized for long-term operation.The paper aims to achieve long-term stable operation,and establishes a natural gas distribution control process model based on SPS simulation environment.Aiming at the difficulty of parameter setting caused by large-scale adjustment of gas flow at the peak of natural gas demand,the genetic algorithm is used to adjust the PID parameters to realize the PID control of the peak demand flow,and the differential evolution algorithm is used to improve the dynamic performance of the transfer control.An intelligent regulating valve based on brainstorming optimization for generalized regression neural network predictive control is proposed,which improves the response speed and stability of the sub-transmission control.A natural gas day designated distribution optimization model was established,and the optimized hourly volume was obtained,which improved the distribution efficiency.The main contents of the study are as follows:According to the existing control method of natural gas distribution process,it is difficult to achieve long-term stable operation.SPS simulation software is used to realize the modeling and simulation of actual natural gas distribution control process.Based on the simulation results,the characteristics and influence of natural gas distribution station control process are analyzed.The factors of stable control of transmission control,and the overall solution for long-term stable operation of natural gas distribution station including PID parameter tuning and intelligent control valve based on predictive control are proposed.Among them,for the PID parameter setting problem of the large-scale adjustment process of the sub-transmission flow,the PID parameter setting based on the genetic calculation is used to realize the PID control of the flow during peak demand period.In order to improve the dynamic performance of the distribution control system,the differential evolution algorithm is used to improve the PID parameter tuning and improve the dynamic performance of the distribution control system.Simulations verify the effectiveness of the method.For the intelligent control valve problem based on predictive control,the generalized regression neural network(GRNN)is used to predict the controller output.Aiming at the problem that the prediction error caused by improper selection of smoothing factors in generalized neural network is large and easy to fall into local optimum,the brainstorm optimization algorithm(BSO)is used to optimize the smoothing factor and improve the prediction accuracy.During the natural gas distribution control process,the predicted value is given to the regulating valve so that the regulating valve reaches the specified opening degree faster.The simulation results show that the control accuracy of natural gas distribution is higher and the adjustment is more rapid.In view of the unreasonable designation of the hourly distribution plan for the existing natural gas day,relying on experience to divide the transmission,the market price factor is rarely considered,and the problem of low income is considered.Under the premise of satisfying the basic gas demand of users,the price of gas sold by different natural gas users is considered.The difference is that the objective function is established with the goal of maximizing the sales revenue,and the adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the optimized hourly output is obtained.Compared with the existing integrated weighting method and the improved residual hour method,the scheme can effectively increase the sales revenue and improve the distribution efficiency.Based on the proposed natural gas distribution control strategy and the daily designated distribution scheme,the sub-transmission model established by SPS and industrial field data were verified.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy and algorithm can improve the control precision of the natural gas distribution station,and the distribution control process is more stable,which improves the revenue of the transmission and helps to achieve the goal of long-term stable operation.
