Gasoline and other light oil will inevitably be volatile in the prcocess of storage and transportation.Oil and gas that volatiled will not only result in waste of energy,but also produced great hazard on the environment,health and safety.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously develop technology of oil and gas recovery to reduce the hazard on the environment,health and safety.An oil and gas discharge and treatment system programme was initiated to investigate the automatic control system used for oil and gas discharge and treatment during transportation and storage of product oil in oil depots?gas stations and refineries in this thesis.This reseach involves the following design and investigations.(1).The process flow and related equipment selection work in the oil and gas recovery unit is analysed and designed,and the processing capacity in the oil and gas recovery unit is calculated according to the enterprise standard "Engineering Guideline for Oil and Gas Recovery System" promulgated by Sinopec in 2007,and based on relevant industry standards and national standards.The technical indicators and parameters was summarized in the oil and gas recovery unit.(2).Since this article takes the oil and gas recovery unit as the research object and combines the process flow with production control requirements,the overall design idea of the oil and gas recovery unit is designed.Based on this,the control system hardware which is Sensor and its execution module,PLC terminal schematic diagram,the distribution of I/O points,the selection of the PLC module,and the circuit of control system has been designed in detail.The lower computer in the control system selects the Siemens S7-300 series PLC.The design of lower computer software in the oil and gas recovery unit achieves the procedures of passivation process,the balance of liquid level,automatic operating and so on by calling some related functional modules.(3).In order to achieve the monitoring of oil and gas recovery unit,this article takes Kingview Software as the development platform in the upper computer,and monitors the process flow in the oil and gas recovery unit,the history curve of the parameters,the report window,the parameter setting and the interface of alarm display.and testes the oil and gas recovery unit(4).Due to the instability of the liquid level in the oil storage area of the absorption tower in the oil and gas recovery unit,the mathematical model of the control system in the oil storage area was constructed through the method of experimental testing and method of mechanism calculation in this thesis.Relatively,the PID controller and fuzzy controller were used to design the liquid level controller in the storage area of the absorption tower,and through the test of the MATLAB simulation,the last results which the two control schemes are compared showed that the fuzzy control of the control program design is better.
