With the improvement of my country's capital market operation system,various enterprises are booming and growing.In order to meet the management needs of enterprises after they have grown,most companies have adopted an agency system for management and commissioned managers to operate the enterprises.The agency system has a big drawback,in which the conflict of interests between the business owner and the actual manager.Business owners care more about the long-term development of the company,while managers care more about short-term operating benefits.The equity incentive system can solve this contradiction.It allows managers to have a sense of master and manage from the perspective of the owner.Enterprises,align the interests of the two.In addition,today's talent market is fiercely competitive,and the original fixed salary system can no longer ensure the centripetal force of the core talents of the enterprise.Increasing the degree of incentives in the enterprise can improve the sense of belonging of the core talents within the enterprise and improve the competitiveness of the external talent market.Therefore,at this stage,large-scale enterprises have adopted the equity incentive system for management.This paper analyzes the mature large-scale enterprises in the current market,selects Xiaomi Group as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature review and case analysis.First,it sorts out the domestic and foreign related research on the concept,motivation and impact of equity incentives on corporate performance,and then introduces the concepts,characteristics and basic theories of innovative enterprises.Then,according to the two equity incentive plans before and after the listing of the case company,the financial indicators and non-Analyze and summarize the implementation effect from two aspects of financial indicators.Finally,according to the implementation effect,put forward the design of the most suitable equity incentive plan for the enterprise,the establishment of a long-term equity incentive mechanism,the establishment of a scientific employee evaluation system,and the strengthening of the supervision of the implementation of equity incentive Suggestions for improving the performance of innovative technology companies.
