In recent years,the amount of data and information is growing rapidly.The traditional storage media cannot meet the existing data storage requirements.Meanwhile,DNA data storage has gradually become a research hotspot in the storage field.DNA data storage is a new field,combining DNA synthesis and sequencing technology and computer storage.It stores digital information through the ordered combination of base pairs.The codec method of DNA data storage is one of the important ways to realize the non-destructive interpretation of large-scale DNA data storage.This paper focuses on the DNA data codec methods of audio,video files and redundant error correction coding rules,especially the COVID-19 time series audio and video files,and builds different partitioned index rules.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Propose the codec method for DNA data storage in audio and video files:A DNA data storage codec algorithm was proposed,aiming at the problems of large storage files and low codec density in DNA data storage in audio and video files.In the DNA data storage coding module and the data index module,the quadecimal conversion algorithm and the ternary conversion algorithm are used respectively to meet the biological sensitivity of DNA sequence fragments in synthetic biology,which improving the efficiency of DNA data codec in audio and video files.2.Propose DNA data storage and error correction method for time series audio and video files: Aiming at the problems of large data volume and small read-write throughput of time series audio and video files,DNA data storage unit was proposed based on Reed-Solomon redundant error correction code to solve the current limitations of the length of synthetic DNA fragments and data error correction.The DNA data storage unit includes index encoding rules,DNA data fragment concatenation,and Reed-Solomon redundant error correction codes to minimize decoding errors in DNA stored data.3.Develop the DNA data storage system for COVID-19 audio and video files:Aiming at the problem of efficient storage and search of DNA data for time series audio and video files,the RPA automatic processing framework was integrated and DNA data storage system was build for audio and video files to codec and convert DNA data storage.We also visualized the results of the system operation.It showed the use of system online achieved a better effect.In order to accurately and efficiently store audio and video files in DNA data storage,this paper studies the codec method of audio and video files in DNA data storage,proposes the codec method of DNA data storage and the format of data storage unit,so as to realize the lossless interpretation of DNA stored data with high accuracy and reliability.
