The content of glucose in the human body is one of the health indicators of the human body.At present, the of glucose in the human body is reflected by the detection of blood glucose concentration by means of fingertip blood sampling. This way of glucose testing will bring pain to patients.Therefore,non-invasive glucose monitoring is of great significance for tracking human health and clinical diagnosis of various diseases, and non-invasive glucose detection sensors are a hot spot of current research. In this paper,Pt-PLA sensitive film was deposited by multi-potential step method. The sensor is used to quantitatively analyze the glucose in sweat, and the physical detection is carried out for different subjects. The details are as follows:1.The Pt-PLA sensitive membrane was deposited by the multi-potential step method of the electrochemical workstation to form a two-electrode system based on the interdigital structure. The effect of electrodeposition time and deposition potential on the performance of the sensor was studied, and different depositions were measured by characterization methods. The morphology and performance of the sensitive film under the conditions are studied, and the preparation conditions of the sensor sensitive film with high catalytic effect are determined by electrochemical analysis.2.Perform quantitative analysis of glucose in artificial sweat at p H 6.6.Experiments show that the optimized Pt-PLA sensor has a detection range of 0.001-1000 ?M and a minimum detection limit of 0.19 n M.It has a high response sensitivity. The working performance is stable within the month, with good anti-interference ability, good reproducibility and reproducibility.3.Collect the sweat and tears of eight subjects for physical analysis, and verify that the recovery rate of the sensor is in the range of 90%-110%.The glucose content in normal human sweat is 0.05-41.00 ?M,and the glucose in tears The content is 0.05-49.48 ?M.Comparing the test results of the Pt-PLA sensor with the test results of a commercial blood glucose meter,it is found that there is a positive proportional correlation between glucose in sweat and glucose in blood, which proves that the sensor's detection results are accurate.
