As a starting point for the implantable medical device, this dissertation contains not only a flexible glucose sensor but also a sensor with a function for monitoring glucose in the blood real-timely The main contents are as follows:Firstly, using the MEMS processing technology, put the rigid metal thin films on flexible PDMS thin films, a flexible micro-electrode will be gotted. By adjusting the parameters of the process, the flexible micro-electrode will show the tensile properties of the flexible material and conductive properties of metal thin film. By analyzing the cyclic tensile performance and the flexible micro-electrode stretching process morphology monitored by SEM and universal material tensile tester, the main factor to influence the flexible micro-electrode tensile properties is the micro-cracks structure of the gold film. Using Abaqus to simulate and verify the impact of micro-crack structure to the flexible micro-electrode tensile properties.Secondly, using electro-chemical deposition technique, put the gold nanowire arrays on flexible micro-electrode, the enzyme-free glucose sensor will be made with the function of catalyze the glucose molecule efficiently. By the method of cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance characterization shows that flexible microelectrode modified a dimensional gold nanowire arrays exhibit low impedance, high specific surface area and high catalytic properties. Setting the constant voltage of the electrochemical workstation as+0.5V. Dropping the glucose to the bottom of 0.1M NaOH solution continuously, and the response curves is obtained with the current relationship between glucose. The sensor response time is less than 5s. the linear regression equation I(uA)= 9.96+26.62C(mM). the sensitivity is 425.92?A·cm-2·mM-1.Finally, by using the second electro-deposition method, indium nanowires will be made successfully and using the low-temperature annealing process putting ZnO nanoparticles onto the flexible micro-electrode. Since the difference between glucose oxidase and the ZnO nanoparticles on the isoelectric point and the van der Waals forces will be generated, the ZnO nanoparticles will be attached to the surface of the glucose oxidase. And through the Electrochemical method and fluorescent labeling methods to verify the existence of a flexible microelectrode enzyme. At last, setting a const voltage as-0.2V of the electrochemical systems to testing enzyme glucose sensor current response to glucose. The sensitivity is 37.27?A·cm-2·mM-1. The linear regression equation of the sensor is,I(?A)=-0.125131-2.3292C(mM).
