With the rapid development of "5G" technology,various new media technologies have shown new vigor under the blessing of "5G".In the Horizon Report released by the International New Media Alliance in recent years,virtual reality technology has repeatedly Listed as one of the most promising technologies in the next few years,"VR+education" has gradually become a research hotspot.In the manufacturing industry,the traditional robot disassembly and assembly due to the wrong disassembly and assembly sequence and the mismatch of parts,resulting in serious parts wear and high assembly costs;in education and teaching,industrial robot equipment used for disassembly and assembly training Scarcity,multiple people often use one device,and industrial robots themselves are expensive,which results in higher teaching costs,and at the same time,the quality of teaching and learning is unsatisfactory.Even if the robot virtual disassembly and assembly system appeared later,most of them were 2D interfaces and lacked immersion.These virtual systems usually emphasized the technicality but ignored the theoretical application guidance.The emergence of embodied cognition theory provides a theoretical basis for the virtual disassembly and assembly system of robots.The embodied cognition theory emphasizes the dynamic unity of the learner's body,environment and mind,and emphasizes that the learner is fully engaged in the learning situation.This is also matched with the immersive,interactive and conceptual characteristics of VR technology.Therefore,the integration of embodied cognition theory and virtual reality technology can effectively promote learners to learn.The robot virtual disassembly system based on embodied cognition theory Design and development are imperative.This research takes the design and development of virtual robot disassembly and assembly system based on embodied cognition theory as the topic,uses literature research methods to analyze the current situation of robot virtual disassembly and assembly at home and abroad,and sorts out embodied cognition,virtual reality,and virtual robot disassembly.It analyzes the guiding role of constructivism theory,embodied cognitive theory,immersion theory and other related concepts in this research.Combining the characteristics of VR technology,constructs a theoretical model of VR embodied learning space,which is a virtual dismantling for robots.The design and development of the installation system provides theoretical guidance.This research is based on the design and development of the robot virtual disassembly system based on the theory of embodied cognition,using literature research methods to analyze the current situation of robot virtual disassembly and assembly at home and abroad;sort out embodied cognition,virtual reality,and robot virtual disassembly.It analyzes the guiding role of constructivism theory,embodied cognitive theory,immersion theory and other related concepts in this research;combined with the characteristics of VR technology,constructs a theoretical model of the VR embodied learning space,which is a virtual dismantling of the robot.The design and development of the installation system provides theoretical guidance.This research analyzes the functional requirements of the robot virtual disassembly and assembly system and designs related functional modules to realize the learner's virtual disassembly and assembly training of the robot.The system mainly includes the following functional modules: login module,basic knowledge roaming,and structural cognition Module,video demonstration module and virtual disassembly module.This research uses Solid Works and3 DMax to create three-dimensional models,and uses PS to optimize texture elements.Based on the Unity3 D development environment,combined with Steam VR and VRTK plug-ins for scene development,HTC Vive head-mounted displays and handles are used for interactive debugging and implementation.Using the above development process,the development of a robot virtual disassembly system based on the theory of embodied cognition is realized.
