Along with the development of the intelligent information society,the complexity of scientific information data is growing,the most representative for the data types to cantor set into the fuzzy set,and how science will ambiguity,uncertainty and complexity,completeness,accuracy of scientific information data processing and information for the decision of knowledge or human need is one of the modern scholars must face and solve the problem.The advent of rough set theory on behalf of the people start to different from other data processing information tool to view and thinking to integrate information data,no longer need any prior knowledge of information data classification or anticipation,but based on data for the objective relationship between categories of division,more objective and effective rules extracted from scientific information data and knowledge.But the traditional rough set model the relationship between the type of data processing and data too drab and harsh and domain information domain can only be a single theory,in order to meet the needs of the development of modern high speed,the traditional rough set theory is combined with orthogonal fuzzy sets,the formation of orthogonal fuzzy rough set theory model with orthogonal fuzzy scientific information from the data of uncertainty and ambiguity,complexity,seek more sure of incomplete knowledge and decision-making information.1.Establish the equivalent orthogonal fuzzy relation based on the monophonic domain,construct the orthogonal fuzzy approximate space,derive the upper and lower approximate definitions,and prove the related mathematical properties.In order to further improve the model theory,the uncertainty measurement of the model is discussed and studied and illustrated with examples.Finally,the feasibility and advantages of the model are proved by an actual case.2.Based on the theory of single domain development for the theory of domain information data domain,establish the theory of double under the domain of general orthogonal fuzzy binary relation,the constructing orthogonal fuzzy approximation space,and derive the approximation and upper approximation on its definition and its related mathematical properties,on this basis,discuss and study the model of operation,and operations and operations,and deduces the corresponding mathematical properties and calculation and proof.Finally,in order to further improve the theory of orthogonal fuzzy rough set model in two theoretic domains,the uncertainty of the model is measured by the concepts of knowledge granularity and rough entropy.The orthogonal fuzzy rough set model based on the equivalence orthogonal fuzzy approximation relation in one argument domain and the orthogonal fuzzy rough set model based on the general orthogonal fuzzy binary relation in two arguments domain can effectively deal with the fuzziness and uncertainty of the scientific orthogonal fuzzy information data.The application prospect of the model is very broad.
