Advances in science and technology promote the development of sensor companies.In the source of the project,the enterprise's production process mainly relies on manual management,and the business process uses paper documents to transmit information.The production efficiency is low and cannot meet the changing market demand.I take the production management of this enterprise as the engineering application background,and researches and develops a service-oriented production plan management system according to its production plan management needs.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Aiming at the current situation of production workshops with low efficiency and chaotic management,I propose an adaptive genetic algorithm(GAS-VNS-AGA)based on a fusion variable neighborhood algorithm to solve the single-objective workshop scheduling problem in this research.The improved adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA)is selected as the main processing method,and the concepts of inertial mass and euclidean distance are introduced in the crossover operator to improve the diversity.At the same time,the advantages of the variable neighborhood algorithm(VNS)are combined to enhance its effectiveness in the local search field.Ultimately,the accuracy of the algorithm reduces the waste of production time on the shop floor and improves the scheduling efficiency.(2)Aiming at the problem of workshop rescheduling caused by the insertion of orders,I choose the gray correlation method to establish an evaluation mechanism to assist enterprise managers to make decisions.This algorithm retains the fast non-dominated sorting of the NSGA-II algorithm and uses differential mutation to improve diversity on the basis of maintaining the population diversity strategy.The adaptive control strategy is also used to adjust the mutation cross-disturbance capability to improve the DE-NSGA-II search capability.Finally,it can be verified that the algorithm is feasible to solve the path optimization problem,which can effectively improve the scheduling efficiency of the workshop.(3)To analyze the application requirements of enterprise production planning management,I design a service-oriented production planning management system and finally realize the functional modules of the prototype system.
