With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,smart switches have gradually moved into people's field of vision.In locations such as laboratories,factories,and computer rooms with more electrical equipment,there are often more electrical equipment,complicated personnel,and relatively difficult management.Based on the comprehensive research of Internet of Things technology and smart switches,this paper analyzes the research situation in this field at home and abroad,and uses the advantages of ZigBee's low power consumption,low cost,flexible networking,and no wiring,and designs a set of ZigBee-based(Wireless sensor network)intelligent switch control system,The collection of personnel information is completed through the radio frequency card,the information is managed by the database,and the relay completes the switch control of the equipment.The main research contents are as follows:First,a brief analysis of Wiegand protocol,ZigBee protocol,and Lwip protocol involved in the intelligent switch control system based on the wireless sensor network;then,the overall system scheme and software and hardware are designed;in the hardware part,the intelligent switch and The hardware circuit diagram of the gateway mainly includes A/D sampling circuit,switch control circuit,card reader interface circuit,and low voltage protection circuit.The software part compiles ZigBee communication and gateway communication related programs on IAR and Keil software to carry out software debugging of the system.Secondly,use Matlab to build a node positioning simulation model and perform positioning simulation on multiple smart switch nodes.Through simulation analysis,select the most suitable positioning algorithm for the scene from the four positioning algorithms.Finally,build a physical test platform for the intelligent switch control system based on the wireless sensor network,and verify the correctness of its hardware circuit by analyzing the current and voltage on the low-voltage side of the transformer and the Wiegand output voltage waveform;and simulate the gateway and Database,when the simulated database side sends open and close switch commands,the corresponding smart switch node can complete the corresponding action,and the gateway can also accurately receive the message command issued by the simulated database,further verifying the feasibility of the system.
