With the continuous emergency of the new technology such as Internet of Things and Artifact Intelligence,the type of business in the network becomes more complex and diverse.The Optical Transport Network(OTN)technology as the next generation backbone transport network,assumes the important role of infrastructure in the network.With the business volume expansion in the network,the networking scale is getting bigger,thus the cost is getting higher and higher.Through rational network planning to maximize the utilization of network resources,and while ensuring network quality,network construction costs can be saved.This thesis designs and implements a network planning system.The network planning system includes functional modules such as data import and export,network planning and fault simulation.The system adopts Kubernetes-based micro-service architecture to design,and each function is an independent micro-service.This system is mainly for network builders,managers and maintainers,and provides a technical support platform for them.Among the functions,network planning and fault simulation functions enable users to plan different types of services in the network and build a fault-resistant network.In addition,the basic components of the Kubernetes platform are also used to provide support for the functions of the system.Against the large network,by increasing the number of service instances and then load balance among multiple instances to increase the computing speed of the system's fault simulation function.Third,in the network planning function,the type of network service is classified,and the solution to the service type of the mutually exclusive group is also improved.Finally,the network planning system eliminates the trouble caused by operating environment differences and performance limitations,so that users only need to pay attention to network planning and strategy selection itself.At present,the network planning system has been launched in the enterprise environment and is operating normally.The system can perform fast calculations,which can greatly improve the speed of network fault simulation,and has the characteristics such as flexible deployment and elastic expansion.And in this system,the author has improved the solution to the routing and resource allocation problems of mutually exclusive group businesses in the network planning function.
