The party and the state have always taken the people's health and living conditions as the most important thing for people's livelihood.Social security is the foundation of people's livelihood.It is the goal and responsibility of the country to provide a healthy and good living conditions for the masses."The development of toilets is related to the local sanitary conditions and the healthy life needs harmless toilets." It is urgent to transform the rural dry toilets into harmless toilets,this can not only improve the quality of life of villagers,but also promote the process of constructing beautiful villages.According to the "none toilet reform" in the process of toilet transformation,false reporting of transformation data,and the engineering team failed to carry out the transformation as required,harmless toilet does not reach the standard,the pipes are not installed as required,it leads to three septic tank pipe rupture and sewage can not be recycled,This thesis designs and implements the toilet revolution image intelligent acceptance system.Which is used for online monitoring of the transformation process and acceptance of the transformation results.The main contents are as follows.1.System requirement analysis: Analyzing the requirements of toilet revolution standard for toilet transformation,understanding the spirit of policy and understanding the key points of project implementation.2.Detection of pipeline position: Three compartment septic tank is the important link in the process of toilet transformation.Its installation directly determines whether the reformed toilet can reach the harmless which standard required by the standard,and whether the fecal water produced can be recycled.there are clear instructions and strict requirements for the installation position of the pipe for the septic tank in the toilet revolution specification.Therefore,the standardization of pipeline location is the key to achieve the desired goal of toilet revolution.Based on this,the primary task of the system is to analyze and process the photos uploaded by residents online and detect the pipeline position according to the specification requirements.Firstly,a vector containing the relative position of the pipeline is constructed based on the central coordinate point of the pipeline information returned by the yolov4 algorithm,it is used to indicate the installation of pipeline in three compartment septic tank.Secondly,based on affine transformation,the template set is expanded according to the pipeline position vector to locate the pipeline position;Finally,the conclusion whether the pipeline is qualified or not is given according to the returned position and specification requirements.3.Monitoring of transformation process: It is mainly used to put an end to the phenomenon of "cloud toilet reform" and false reporting of reform data,and ensure the implementation of toilet revolution.First of all,we collect and process the photos uploaded by the residents online,the photos we get can provide a basis for offline audit.Then identifying and judging the photos,basing on the standard requirements and judgment results,the process of toilet transformation is monitored.4.Online platform's implementation and testing: It mainly includes login,image upload,query,evaluation,customer service and other functions,providing a convenient operation platform for the toilet revolution.This thesis mainly aims at the standard requirements of rural toilet reform project,provides scientific and objective evaluation basis for the key links,and provides convenient operation platform for the staff.
