Industry is regarded as the pillar industry of national development,optimizing control effect and improving production efficiency are treated as the main targets of industrial control.In the industrial control system,model establishment is the basis of the control problem,the real model parameters will change with the system running loss,the noise interference and other factors,so the model needs to be corrected regularly.However,when the system is abnormal or needs to be corrected regularly,it is difficult for the relevant technical personnel to be in the industr ial field at all times,and they cannot be asked to be familiar with the industrial model of any enterprise.On the basis of the unchanged model structure,the modeling method of system identification has better effect on the time,precision and application scope.Internet technology is developing rapidly today,and with the use of its efficiency,global and interactive,internet technology is widely used in all walks of life.To provide timely model correction service s for different industrial control systems,free the work of the relevant technical personnel,increase the productivity,and combined with the Internet technology,an identification simulation platform for model correction of the industrial control system based on Internet plus is of great theoretical significance and application value to be established.In this paper,the identification simulation platform of industrial control system based on internet plus was designed,and the identification algorithm was focused on.The main work contents were as follows:1.Based on the problem of slow change of model parameters in the industrial control system,the overall structure of the platform,and the functions of server-side and browser-side were designed.2.For the linear system model,on the basis of the least squares method,an error correction RLS with forgetting factor was proposed,the deviation problem for the identification result of the output error model with the white nosie and a kind of the equation error model with the coloured nosie was solved,and the precision of identification was improved.3.For the modular nonlinear system model,on the basis of the the particle swarm optimization,a second order particle swarm with oscillatory factor and a particle swarm based on social emotional model were proposed,the problem that the identification results of model parameters fall into local extremum prematurely was solved,good convergence speed and identification accuracy were obtained.4.On the basis of the method of system parameter identification,for industrial control systems,an identification simulation platform for model correction of the industrial control system based on Internet plus was devloped.5.The feasibility of this design was verified by the example simulation experiment.
