The optimization of industrial control system is important in ensuring the safety,stability and efficiency of industrial processes.Because industrial control system has the problems of complex control objects,frequent changes in working conditions,and time-varying parameters,which makes it difficult to ensure that the production process is always in an optimal state,and it is affected by factors such as geographical location,time,and limited technical personnel,also,it is difficult to solve its optimization problem in time.With the development of the Internet plus Industry,the integration of Internet plus and industrial control systems will not be affected by geographical location and time,and it will be able to provide optimization results in time and effectively solve the above problems.Therefore,the research on optimization and simulation platform of industrial control system based on internet plus,which provides a research and verification environment,has important research significance and practical value.This paper used Internet,optimization and simulation technology to design an optimization and simulation platform of industrial control system based on Internet plus.The specific research includes:First,the overall structure of the optimization simulation platform was introduced,then,a client/server-based architecture was proposed,and the desired functions of the server and the client were analyzed.Then,for the control system optimization problem,the objective function and the optimization strategy were studied: Then,for the design of the objective function,the ITAE error integral objective function and the comprehensive weighted objective function were designed.The former focused on the rapidity of the system,while the latter focused on the stability of the system;For the design of control strategy,a particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed.Two methods based on the inertia weight and learning factor,and the genetic algorithm were studied.Through experimental analysis,a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm with high convergence speed and high precision was used.Secondly,the classification of the controller and the controlled object was studied.For the optimization simulation of the PID controller and the LADRC controller,the ITAE error integration objective function focused on the rapidity of the system while sacrificing stability.The comprehensive weighted objective function can balance various performances.However,the rapidity had slightly decreased;from the controller point of view,the PID controller had a good effect in the control system.The LADRC controller had better performance in non-self-balancing system and was not suitable in time-delay system engineering,these provided reference for controller adjustment.Finally,the design of the optimization and simulation platform for industrial control system based on Internet plus was completed,then comprehensive debugging was carried out.The experimental simulation results showed that this platform was feasible and can help solve the optimization problem of the industrial control system.
