At present,China's computer network technology,information technology has been in a leading position in the world,the application of computer technology changes every aspect of our life,especially in the automobile and other large enterprises in the application of more in-depth,comprehensive,and more can reflect the value of computer technology application.Through computer network,software management of enterprise data,it can not only improve the work efficiency of the staff,but also reduce the management cost of the enterprise,improve the added value of enterprise brand,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the design of EPC(Electronic Parts Catalog)system of Beijing automotive co.,LTD.,this paper designs and develops an after-sales Parts management system that meets the current needs of automobile enterprises.This subject mainly studies the design and implementation of the front-end query module,the back-end data management module and the database design of the management module of the EPC system.Firstly,the design and implementation of three forward query modules of VIN(Vehicle Identification Number)query,vehicle code query,vehicle navigation query,and three reverse query modules of accessory information query,advanced query and replacement query are described in detail.Second,details the system establishment and implementation of data structure,meanwhile,this paper introduces the system with the upstream BOM(Bill of Material)system integration,for product design/production data,automatically generated after the background processing EPC system data,and downstream of the DMS(Dealer Management System)system integration,vehicle VIN,user ID,the realization of the sharing of users pass vehicle information exchange,at the same time,also has realized the shopping cart list using EPC system quickly generate DMS accessories purchase orders.In the process of database design,this paper expounds the selection of database,the design of database entity module of each functional module,the relationship between entities,the establishment of data information table and so on..This paper is an entity research of enterprise IT project.IT has the characteristics of intuitive,concise,high identification,convenient use,simple operation,high integration,strong reliability,intelligent data management and high degree of automation.IT can provide reference for the design and development of automobile EPC system.
