In new era,China has put forward a call for “mass innovation &entrepreneurship”,Many thoughtful and ambitious people have successively embarked on the road towards entrepreneurship.In order to support the development of start-up enterprises,the government has introduced a series of preferential policies including financing,taxation,entrepreneurship guidance,entrepreneurship training,etc.Business incubator parks have sprung up across the country as well.However,the new start-ups are facing extremely fierce market competition,not only the competitive pressure among start-ups,but also the competition with mature domestic and foreign companies for the market.How can new ventures stand firmly and develop steadily in the fierce market competition? talents have become the core of competition among enterprises.Under the premise of limited manpower and material resources,how to implement effective incentive measures to fully mobilize the potential of employees,improve work efficiency,and help the development of enterprises has become a problem for managers.Company S was co-founded by a group of college students under this policy opportunity.Company S' main business involves electronic display screen,smart exhibition hall,smart campus and other fields,main products includes interactive electronic signs,interactive electronic whiteboards,video conference systems,video control equipment,etc.Like most start-ups,Company S has weak funds,poor ability against risks,managers lack management experience,imperfect company system construction,and market in urgent need of development,no fixed and mature customer base.In this context,in order to improve the competitiveness and stable development of company S in the market,it is necessary to stimulate the wisdom of employees,therefore this article conducts a research on how to implement effective incentives for company S.The literature review method,questionnaire survey method and field interview method were comprehensively used in the research.The author the reviewed relevant literature to know about current research situation at home and abroad and also conducted interviews with employees of S Company for a better understanding of the status incentives of it.Moreover,a questionnaire about incentive measures satisfaction is designed and implemented to know to the employees' satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors with current incentive measures.On the basics of the research,the author discovered that the employees of S company have a low satisfaction with the currentincentive measures.Further analysis displayed the reasons: lacking of financial support,incentives of payment is not enough,welfare and assistance for employees' career planning incentive measures.It has not yet formed a corporate culture that appeals to employees and the existed incentive measures are arbitrary.In response to these problems,the author offered some suggestions which include putting forward equity incentives for S company 's core employees,adjusting the salary system,strengthening employees' career training,refining corporate culture to enhance the cohesion and strengthening related system construction.hoping these suggestions will do good to S Company.
