Storage cabinets are widely used in schools,communities,companies and many other occasions to achieve the storage of goods.With the development of Internet of things technology and the popularization of smart phones,people have higher requirements for the intelligence,rapidity,stability,security and other aspects of the storage cabinet in the access process,and the intelligent storage cabinet has a greater prospect and market.However,at present,the electronic storage cabinet system with low stability and the primitive mechanical storage cabinet system are still in use in the market.These two kinds of storage cabinet systems need to be improved in the aspects of intelligence,rapidity,stability and security.Most of the intelligent storage cabinets are still closed development and do not support secondary development Therefore,this paper designs a storage control system which is easy to operate,low power consumption,high intelligence and supports secondary development by combining Wechat Mini Program technology with STM32 hardware devices.In the design process,this paper defines the function of the system and makes the design requirements of the system from the perspective of the system itself and users.According to the design requirements,the overall scheme of the system is designed.After the overall scheme is determined,the core technology used in the scheme is analyzed to ensure the feasibility of the scheme.Then,according to the technical scheme,the hardware design,software design and Wechat Mini Program system design of the intelligent storage cabinet control system are carried out respectivelyThe design of the hardware part of the lower computer system mainly uses STM32 microcontroller as the core to realize the functions of information transmission and equipment control.The design content of the hardware part includes the minimum system design of the processor module,the selection of each hardware module according to the function,the explanation of the implementation principle,and the production of the lower computer hardware development board.The software part of the lower computer system is composed of the main program design,instruction verification program design,Bluetooth module,serial port module,control and detection module program design,which realizes the bidirectional data transfer,data security verification and driving the hardware device to execute the control instructions.The overall design of Wechat Mini Program system is mainly divided into system server and applet client.First,the cloud server was built on the server side of the system,and then the database conceptual design and logical design of the storage system are designed to achieve the fast storage and update of the data.The application program of Wechat Mini Program is designed in the user side,including registration and login module,function selection module,device selection module,device operation module,which enables users to use WeChat Mini Program to realize storage operation.Through the set of testing device was established to test the system.The test results show that the WeChat Mini Program intelligent storage control system can meet the expected functional requirements and run stably.The system has certain value for research in the field of intelligent storage.
