With the development of science and technology,based on artificial intelligence and big data,the human society is entering the Internet of things era,all things will achieve interconnectivity.As the Internet of things,one of the most important port of display device will be shown to shoulder the mission of more visual data.Especially 5G network broadcast,commercial and international sports events ultra-high resolution more forceful support 8K content transmission and run,making the application requirement of 8K display technology is more and more popular.Global TV panel line high generation in succession in recent years,especially in huaxing and boe,the amount of 10.5 generation of TFT-LCD production line output,the decreasing trend of large size TV market,consumer recognition of large size is higher and higher.Large size 8K TV screen is the focus of the panel factory research and development.In this paper to CSOT 8.5 generation TFT-LCD production line design production of 75 inch 8K resolution based on glass substrates,assessment developed 8K 120hz drive system circuit,implements the panel driver,according to CHTF on successful exhibition in 2019.This product passed the plant electrical properties,optical properties and reliability test,final import client authentication by implementing production,the first production of the company large size 8K 120hz high-end product.It is very difficult for the development of 75 inch 8K 120hz product driving system circuit,the development goal is the product production,must ensure that the product specification function,quality and cost.Unilateral drive scheme,we select cable test is charging in-plane pixel HG2D architecture,Source Driver uses 2 in 1 COF scheme,Gate drive is built-in glass GOA circuit and external level shifter circuit;TCON scheme is the company's core IP quality with built-in two 8K 60 hz specifications chips;Consider driving load is heavier and chip temperature,compared with 4K products with integrated power solutions,the 8K product design of power circuit is to use separate,compared with 4K product four layers PCB design,PCB with 6 ? 8 8K product design.By similar products analytical data analysis and experimental simulation scheme feasibility evaluation of circuit,and then through the circuit,software design,the output Gerber and PCBA BOM file.After the sample light on,it tuned voltage,timing and quality,also found some problems in the process.In this paper,for the glass corner temperature high and low green image gray-scale vertical dark band question has carried on the mechanism analysis,and then through the experiment,the simulation and circuit debugging,find out the solution of the problem.Finally,we have a 75 inch module of electrical and optical properties as well as the reliability testing and sampling.By testing found that electrical performance,module EMC test pass,the EMI more than 6db margin;TCON to Driver data eye diagram test pass,driving voltage stability,temporal conform to the requirements of the panel,drive IC temperature is meet TV customers specifications.Optical performance,the Cell transmisson rate is 4.0%,the NTSC color gamut is 100% beyond the industry level,white picture is close to 495 nit brightness,contrast,above 5500,9 are uniformity reached 85%,chromaticity can view more than 70 degrees,achieves the customer's requirements.The reliability test,show that product drive system scheme to the achievement of development goals.This paper for the large size 8K 120 hz TFT-LCD products provide a reliable,has the production feasibility,the effect of quality of driving circuit system design scheme,for the development of the technology of 8K and 8K TV has positive significance.
