As a green strategic industry supported by the state,remanufacturing industry has been developing towards the direction of green,high-quality,efficient,intelligent and service.However,due to the imperfection and imbalance in the traditional information transmission process,a large amount of labor and time cost are wasted in the remanufacturing process,which seriously restricts the development of the remanufacturing industry.Therefore,the key to promote the rapid development of remanufacturing industry is to select a reasonable identification and localization technology to improve the efficiency of information transmission.As the core technology of the Internet of things,ratio frequency identification(RFID)technology can realize real-time,passive and wireless information transmission and can play a powerful role in reinforcing the remanufacturing field.In this paper,based on tag which is the core components of RFID,it acts the main research object.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,through the detailed analysis of the composition and working principle of the RFID system,the types of RFID system and electronic tags which suitable for the remanufacturing field are determined,and the main performance indicators are determined.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of indoor positioning in storage and logistics in the remanufacturing field,the principle of indoor identification and positioning method based on RFID technology is described.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics that remanufactured products are mostly non-planar metal products,the influence rule of metal environment and conformal factors on the performance of tag is simulated.And through the in-depth discussion of the effect law of various influencing factors,a flexible anti-metal label suitable for remanufacturing identification and localization applications is designed.Its outline size is90mm×70mm×3.13 mm.And the maximum reading distance of the tag is 12 m in free space and 7.6m in metal environment,which fully meets the requirements for electronic labels which used in storage and logistics in the remanufacturing field.In addition,to extend the RFID technology in the field of remanufacturing monitoring and testing applications.In this paper,the miniaturization and optimization of the above labels are carried out,and an ultra-thin flexible anti-metal tag which suitable for remanufacturing monitoring and testing applications is designed.Its dimensions is only56mm×20mm×0.6mm.The maximum reading distance of the tag can be reached 4.4m in metal environment,which fully meets the requirements of the remanufacturing laboratory.Finally,to solve the problem of indoor identification and localization in remanufacturing storage logistics,MATLAB simulation software was used to compare LANDMARC,VIRE and BVIRE three commonly used positioning algorithms.And the performance parameters of them were analyzed.
