With social and economic prosperity and the living standard, Cars are increasingin number. In order to guarantee convenience transportation and especially meet thegrowing demand of parking, large and super large parking spaces are constantlyemerging, which makes car park technology become one of the best symbols of theintelligent building. However the traditional parking management technology alreadycannot satisfy the actual demand, there are many problems in: the existing parkingmanagement system requirements car entering into the parking place must stop toremove card, car coming out of the parking place check out, which is very slowly andhappens traffic jam makes waste not only time but also energy seriously, With theincreasing number of vehicles in the parking lot, management workload and difficultyare doubled. Therefore, urgently needing the automation and convenient intelligentparking management system improves the management level.RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is an automatic identification technologywith the traditional non-contact identification technology is different, which uses radiofrequency signals in the space of coupling and transmission characteristics, can bestationary or mobile remote identification of goods. RFID technology for the use of thebasic principles and ways of its unique advantages, we propose a RFID technologybased on Intelligent parking management system to replace the traditional manual feemanagement. Through the advanced RFID technology into the car park managementsystem which can effectively reduce the cost of the loss caused by manual operation, toensure the safety of vehicles and transport facilities, improve the management level ofparking.This paper firstly analyzes the principle of the RFID systems and components,including RF tags, readers, middleware and applications software, two aspects of RFIDsystems and radio works were analyzed, focuses on the RF tags and readers’ type,structure and working principle. Through requirement analysis then, the function of theintelligent parking management system is determined, and then the design ofIntelligent parking management system based on a RFID technology is put forward inwhich the workflow of car in and out in intelligent vehicle parking lot are introducedand the design of the composition of the various hardware is focused on, includingvehicle detection devices, radio frequency electronic tags, readers, reader antennas,parking guidance systems, cameras and other equipment selection. These parts arediscussed. the circuit of send/receive module of the reader is designed. Finally, the software of parking management system is designed. The collision in thecommunication between the reader and RFID Tags is studied. The theory of collisionand the anti-collision algorithms used commonly are analyzed and discussed. bycomparing the advantages and disadvantages of the binary searching algorithm andALOHA algorithm, on the basis of the traditional binary searching algorithm, animproved binary searching algorithm is brought forward. Simulation experiment isdone. By analyzing simulation experimental results, the improved binary searchingalgorithm is better than the traditional binary searching algorithm which caneffectively solve the problem of RFID anti-collision system.
