With the increase of people's income and the rapid development of the automobile industry, the proportion of vehicle logistics in the logistics industry is increasing. In the actual distribution process of vehicle logistics, the distribution relationship between the enterprise and the customer is not a single-stage distribution relationship, but is divided into multiple distribution stages according to the time of order placement. In order to increase the vehicle loading rate and reduce transportation costs, companies often choose to delay delivery at a certain distribution node. However, delayed delivery will not only lead to a decrease in corporate integrity and customer satisfaction, but also a certain additional cost. How to make decisions to control costs is the key to enterprises to ensure their own interests, and it is also the problem to be solved in this article.First of all,the characteristics of vehicle logistics and related research are discussed, and the theories of stochastic programming, discrete convolution, expected value model and generalized expected value model are briefly described, which lays a theoretical foundation for writing the thesis.Secondly, aiming at the problem of increasing cost caused by a lot of delay in vehicle logistics distribution,a multi-stage random distribution model is established.According to the solving characteristics of the model,it is further simplified to a multi-stage recursive model, and the algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Finally, the decision-making method of vehicle logistics multi-stage distribution is obtained.Specifically, the following work has been done:1)The expected value and generalized expected value are used as the aggregation operators of random variables to quantify the surplus and demand of each stage.2)Based on the multi-stage decision-making method, different decision-making situations are discussed.3)In this paper,a multi-stage random assignment model is proposed, and the solving rules of the model are summarized. The discrete convolution formula is used to integrate the random variables of each stage, and finally the algorithm is designed to solve the problem;4)According to the characteristics of multi-stage stochastic assignment model,a multi-stage recursive model is established, and a solution algorithm based on generalized expectation value is proposed;5)Through the analysis of specific examples, the interpretability and operability of the model are verified..
