The combination of artificial intelligence technology and modern information management technology has become a trend in the current market economy environment.How to use artificial intelligence technology to improve the quality of customer service of the Radio and Television Group has become the main challenge.As an in-service master of engineering and radio and television staff,in order to improve the quality of radio and television services,this thesis takes the radio and television customer service recordings involved in the author's daily work as the object,using Alibaba Cloud recording recognition service,research and implement the Changzhou radio and television customer service recording analysis system,for analyzing and managing the recording well.The main content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,the main problems to be solved in this thesis are clarified based on the current situation of the use of broadcasting and television customer service recording and the expected effect.In the system feasibility analysis stage,the feasibility analysis is carried out from three aspects of economy,technology,and operation;in the system function analysis stage,the relevant users are analyzed,the user's work requirements in the system are summarized,and the system functional requirements are determined:recording management,recording analysis,keyword management,etc.;Finally,the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed to ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.Then,based on the B/S architecture,a detailed system design was made for the radio and television customer service recording analysis system.According to the system function,the system is divided into five modules: login management,user management,recording management,recording analysis and keyword management.The flow chart is used to introduce the implementation process of each module's main functions and the relationship between page call and message passing in.The system mainly uses the Alibaba Cloud voice recognition service to recognize the recording.After the recording is converted into text,the recording analysis task is completed by searching and counting keywords.In this paper,Mysql is selected as the system information database,the entities and attributes involved in the system are analyzed,the entity-relation model of the system is designed using E-R diagrams,and the structure of the system data table is designed accordingly.Finally,the Vue framework and Go language are used to implement the system.and then test the system functions.The test results show that the system has completed the expected functions well.
