| With the development of industrialized production and the rise of intelligent manufacturing industry,Augmented Reality(AR)technology has increasingly become the mainstream auxiliary technology in production.Large-scale plant equipment is fixed,bulky and tedious.Operators have complex steps in starting,controlling equipment and processing data.In view of the above characteristics of large-scale plant equipment,an AR platform frame based on kinematic positioning is proposed in this paper.The upper computer on this platform provides a visual angle of production site,assists workers to operate correctly by using high-observability virtual model,and provides direct feedback of otherwise boring numerical information through visual changes of the model,as well as supporting remote end software,which enables technicians in different places to provide remote AR guidance conveniently and quickly to field operators.The main contents of this subject research are as follows:Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of AR technology are pointed out,and a new augmented reality frame based on kinematics is proposed.Needs analysis of production operation and maintenance platform is carried out,corresponding upper and lower computer hardware platforms are established,kinematic analysis of motion track of aerial mobile car is carried out,and calculation formula of space position and attitude of camera is obtained.Draw all fixed equipment models and build virtual field space.Carry out software and hardware system design of subordinate locomotive trolley,including execution and communication hardware,information processing software,etc.Secondly,the operation software functions of the platform is decomposed,modular analysis and design of each sub-function is made,the flow chart of the algorithm and displays the core code is drawn,and the UI interface corresponding to each software module is displayed.Design and implement the remote end software used together with the field end software,which uses AR virtual person for remote guidance.Priorities of control rights of software at both ends during operation are given to ensure the safety of workflow.Then,the operation process steps of large-scale equipment based on AR is designed,and demonstrate the process with hydraulic bench and proportional valve as objects.The total process includes boot prompt process,hydraulic table operation process based on numerical visualization,remote interactive software use process,etc.Each part of the process is illustrated and analyzed with figures and data to show the running effect of some part of the software function.The user comfort of the platform is investigated and analyzed,and the user’s opinions on the improvement of various functions of the platform are fed back by questionnaire.Finally,the experimental research on software and hardware of the AR operation and maintenance platform is carried out,design and complete the reliability experiment analysis of the platform system,and the curves of key operation values of each software and hardware system is drawn to observe its stability,and to verify the usability of the overall operation and maintenance platform. |
