It is the general trend to perfect the national medical security system and improve the information level of the medical insurance system.With the development of medical laboratory,image recognition and other technologies,the data scale in the medical field of our country is expanding,and the demand for privacy maintenance and security of massive data in the medical insurance system is increasing.However,the existing medical insurance information system is not perfect to support these needs.At present,medical insurance data is mainly stored in the centralized database.In the process of data processing,there are two main problems: one is privacy security.Medical data contains a lot of personal privacy information,which involves the property security of patients.If the database encounters external attacks or the data is processed and transmitted in plaintext,it may lead to information leakage,There are serious security risks;Second,the centralized database lacks effective and secure data sharing mechanism,and the data is easy to be tampered with.For some data information that needs multi-party interactive processing,it is unable to carry out efficient traceability query and credibility verification.In view of the above problems,this paper applies the blockchain technology to the medical insurance information system.(1)Based on the alliance chain technology,the system structure is designed to solve the problem of unequal information.By using the distributed storage,the data on the chain can not be tampered and easy to share,the data security and sharing problems in the existing medical insurance information system are effectively solved,and the authenticity and reliability of medical insurance data are guaranteed.(2)The hyperledger fabric framework of IBM is used to build the blockchain network.The go language is used to develop the back-end based on gin(goweb framework)and Gorm(ORM framework).The back-end packages various requests of the front-end and sends them to the blockchain network.The SDK cooperates with the blockchain network to complete the chain operation.The independent front end uses JS,CSS and HTML,and is developed based on j Query and layui.The browser provides the channel for users to interact with the application.(3)Go language is used to design and write chain code to realize the storage and traceability of medical insurance information and related medical data.In addition,the system designs and builds a monitoring platform based on Prometheus + grafana mechanism to continuously monitor the use of memory,CPU,network and other information in real time,so as to reduce the possibility of system crash and server loss,and improve the robustness and availability of the system.In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine traceability system adopts the design principle of front-end and back-end separation,which reduces the coupling degree of the system and conforms to the mainstream trend of current software development.The experimental results show that the system function design is complete,the debugging is correct,the business logic is reasonable,the overall performance reaches the basic standard,and the expected goal is achieved.
