With the implementation of national strategies such as "21st Century Maritime Silk Road Construction","One Belt One Road",and "Internet +",the maritime strategic interests have become increasingly prominent.There is an urgent need to establish a low-cost,high-speed,large-capacity,multimedia broadband data transmission network to realize the interconnection of sea and land information.Compared with other communication methods,satellite communication is the only way to meet maritime communication needs.The ship-borne "Satcom on the move(SOTM)" communication base station has become the core equipment of ocean-going mobile communication because of its ability to maintain uninterrupted,highly reliable,and high-bandwidth communication with satellites during the movement.However,due to the high price,intellectual property rights and insufficient tracking performance,the application and promotion of such products in the marine communications are restricted.The research on low-cost,fully independent intellectual property rights of ship-borne SOTM communication base stations is important for the promotion of the development of marine economy and the in-depth application of a new generation of information technology in the marine field are of great significance.This dissertation conducted in-depth research and detailed design of the ship-borne SOTM communication base station,including the overall structure of the base station,star-finding technology,tracking technology,servo system,installation structure and other related content.Based on the research,this dissertation proposed a novel satellite-racking technology-spinning absence-area scan,and based on this technology,we have designed and developed base station products with completely independent intellectual property rights.After testing and actual maritime applications,the product designed in this dissertation can fully meet the communication requirements under extreme wind and wave conditions at sea in terms of tracking speed and accuracy,and its comprehensive performance complies with ITU network access standards.At the same time,the product designed in this dissertation also has the characteristics of low cost(less than 15,000 yuan),low power consumption(less than 80W),easy mass production,and simple and convenient installation,which provides a guarantee for large-scale application promotion.
