In recent years, with the development of the Internet of Things and smart devices,it has become more and more necessary to improve the endurance of smart sensor devices. In the way to improve endurance, designing or optimizing new power solutions and adopting ultra-low power communication systems are two reliable and feasible solutions. In the power solution, the active long-distance charging solution has better reliability than light energy, wind energy and mechanical energy. The backscattering of electromagnetic signals is an effective way to reduce the power consumption of energy-consuming subsystems. The subject mainly focuses on the research of passive communication systems based on backscattering. The design of communication antennas and energy-capacity antennas for receiving systems based on the theory of antennas in communication systems and theoretical analysis of rectifier systems operating at low input power. The design of the rectifier circuit system and the design and realization of other working subsystems have completed the theoretical and physical experimental verification of the entire passive communication system. The main tasks to be completed include:1.Based on theoretical analysis,a dual-band conformal antenna with excellent characteristics and performance was designed, and the conformal design of a UHF-band dual circular polarization communication antenna and a 2.4GHz circular polarization gain antenna was completed. And physical test verification;2.Based on the impedance compression network theory and dual transmission line design, designed an integrated impedance compression and passive boost design RF rectifier circuit design, while having a wide input power range matching and low input power rectification The characteristics of efficiency optimization;3.Based on the mathematical modeling of the six-port direct conversion receiver system, the theoretical analysis of its working principle, combined with the designed computer demodulation program, completed the design and test of the direct conversion receiver subsystem 4.Completed the realization of the other subsystems in the whole system and the joint work of the system as a whole.Through theoretical analysis and experimental test analysis,a passive communication system based on backscattering was finally realized, and the tag end worked at uW Level, make the whole system realize the function of long-distance charging and effective communication under the condition of miniaturization.
