The Design And Implementation Of WebRTC Based Cioud Communication Dispatching System

With the development of science and technology,more and more offline activities are migrated to the cloud.In order to comply with this trend,this paper designs and implements a cloud communication scheduling command system based on webrtc,which is a subsystem of the cloud communication system.Cloud communication system includes three parts:cloud communication dispatching command system which is responsible for dispatching and managing terminal users,cloud communication management platform which is responsible for managing dispatcher information,terminal information and organizational structure,and cloud communication terminal assigned to individual users.Due to the huge workload of cloud communication system,which needs the cooperation of many people,this paper studies the scheduling management subsystem of cloud communication system,namely cloud communication scheduling command system.The cloud communication scheduling command system designed and implemented in this paper includes communication module,terminal information management module,terminal user scheduling module and auxiliary function module.The communication module includes point-to-point communication,group communication and short message communication;the terminal information management module includes address book and scheduling group management,one key alarm management and graphic information management;the terminal user scheduling module includes scheduling user list management,user scheduling and fence alarm management;the auxiliary function module includes screen recording and user login authentication,with convenient auxiliary functions The dispatcher records the operation and improves the security of data interaction.The core of cloud communication dispatching command system is the web side of cloud communication dispatching command system.With the cooperation of SIP server and cloud communication management platform,the above functions are completed.In addition,the cloud communication dispatching command system obtains the address configuration information of different SIP servers and cloud communication management platform through the configuration file,supports multi server load balancing,and increases the system stability.In this paper,functional and nonfunctional tests are carried out on the system,and the results show that the functional implementation meets the expectations,supports multi server one click packaging deployment,and the proportion of CPU and memory usage is reasonable.This paper innovates the communication mode,encapsulates SIP protocol based on webrtc,and improves the communication quality under low network bandwidth.It provides users with cross platform multi-user scheduling service based on B/S architecture,which supports bilingual Chinese and English.However,the existing research in this paper still has the following problems:it is unable to implement custom scheduling operations,such as periodic audio and video conferencing;the number of users supported by audio and video conferencing is small.
