Research And Design Of Big Data Correlation Analysis System For Land Development Industry Chain

In the era of big data,data from all walks of life is exploding,becoming bigger and more complex,especially in the field of estate,because from the land to the building on the industrial chain of the time interval is longer,do not have a unified standard,all kinds of information measure space location information is in constant updates,causing all kinds of data in the estate sector are isolated and redundant degree is high,difficult to aggregate and sharing,would not show the data implied value.Therefore,in order to make rational and efficient use of these data,it is more and more urgent to design a set of application system integrating data acquisition,data management and correlation analysis.In order to solve the estate sector in the problem of difficult to link between data and low data utilization rate,in this thesis the entity linking technology,node scheduling technology applied to the estate sector,building-land entity linking algorithm and the company node importance sorting algorithm are proposed,and implements the big data correlation analysis system in the field of estate.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and significance of the research on the big data association analysis system for land development industrial chain,and briefly summarizes the research content,main work and thesis structure.Secondly,it introduces the main technologies related to entity linking,node importance ranking and system development.Thirdly,the design and implementation of the building-land entity linking algorithm and the company node importance ranking algorithm are introduced in detail.Then,according to the research background,the requirements of the system are analyzed,and estate correlation analysis client,estate information management server,correlation association analysis server and the database are designed.Then on this basis to complete the detailed design and implementation of each module,and complete the development of whole system;Finally,the function of each module of system is tested.Experimental results show that the system has a good ability of data acquisition and statistical analysis to the relationship between building and land corresponding,real-time analysis,the relationship between the company and sorting,the developers have influence in a reasonable manner through visual chart will be displayed as a result,the effective integration of discrete data correlation,for the enterprise and the user provides the powerful support to decision making.
