With the continuous digitization and networking of industrial systems,the data interaction capability provided by traditional data acquisition and monitoring systems has been unable to meet the communication needs of industrial automation.At the same time,with the continuous integration of information technology and operation technology in the field of industrial control,the contradiction between the two is becoming increasingly obvious.The demand for data transmission in the field of information technology is the unlimited increase of bandwidth,and for industrial operations,on the basis of ensuring the cost,the efficiency and integrity of data transmission is the development direction.In order to improve the real-time performance and reliability of data transmission,this paper takes OPC UA specification as the research core,supplemented by the traffic scheduling mechanism in TSN technology,and constructs an OPC UA-TSN fusion method to achieve high quality data transmission in industrial networks.The specific research content is as follows.(1)This paper studies and analyzes the protocol barriers in the underlying data acquisition process of traditional industrial communication networks and the data transmission standards at monitoring level are not unified.Compared with the existing solutions at home and abroad,this paper illustrates that OPC UA,as a switching specification in this field,has the advantages of improving the efficiency and uniformity of data transmission.(2)This paper introduces the development process and causes of OPC UA.Through the in-depth study of OPC UA specifications,the roles of different specifications in the process of data transmission were analyzed,and a SCADA system with OPC UA server as the core module was built.In the process of server construction,the address space model is used to unify the data format.In the process of connection establishment,server protocol selection,certificate encryption and other security configuration are realized.In the process of communication between client and server,many functions such as reading and writing,modifying and subscribing to node attributes are realized.(3)In order to improve the accuracy and transmission efficiency of data transmission,this paper studies and analyzes TSN technology,and realizes the mapping of data to TSN through OPC UA publish-subscribe specification.At the same time,the paper studies and compares the changes brought by TSN data transmission mechanisms,such as time synchronization mechanism,flow scheduling mechanism and preempt scheduling mechanism.Combined with the feasibility analysis of the existing technology,a data transmission system which integrates OPC UA specification with the traffic scheduling mechanism in TSN technology is constructed.(4)This paper designs the performance test experiment of the transmission method based on OPC UA specification and TSN technology.Through the real-time Linux platform,a large number of data information sent by the lower PLC are captured and read to verify the communication function and data transmission performance of the system.The test results show that under the same experimental conditions,in the process of data transmission,the data jitter of SCADA system based on OPC UA-TSN fusion technology is smaller than that of SCADA system based on traditional OPC UA,and the data transmission speed is faster.The experimental results verify the feasibility and advanced nature of the fusion technology.
