TSN(Time-Sensitive Networking)is a new industrial communication technology actively promoted by the international industry,which has changed the disadvantage of Ethernet uncertain transmission.The EPA(Ethernet for Plant Automation),as a fieldbus standard independently developed by China,has become the IEC standard due to characteristics of real-time,certainty,reliability,etc.At present,the research on EPA is focused on itself.There is no adaptation research with TSN.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of different EPA data and transmit other protocol data in same network,this thesis studies and proposes the mechanism for EPA to adapt TSN to achieve the retention of data characteristics.The main work as follows:1.This thesis studies the current status and key technologies of EPA and TSN,and analyzes the structure,protocol characteristics and transmission methods of the two networks.The key issues that EPA needs to solve when adapting to TSN are summarized.2.A network architecture of EPA adapting to TSN is designed based on the characteristics and types of different data.Combining the data transmission characteristics of TSN,an adapting transmission mechanism for different data types in EPA is proposed.The mechanism includes mapping model of EPA access to TSN and EPA data processing methods.3.According to the network calculus theory,the worst-case latency of the adapting stream of adaptation network is analyzed.To meet the EPA adapting data delivery requirements and improve the performance of adaptation network,combining the transmission characteristics of gate in TSN,the lookahead mechanism,the offset mechanism and the correspondingly scheduling window calculation method is proposed.4.A verification platform of EPA adapting TSN network is built,to realize the mapping and adapting of multiple EPA data types.The test results show that with the increase of traditional IP data until packet loss occurs,the average delay and jitter of different types of EPA data are 219.94?s and 121.84?s.Further combining the proposed scheduling window optimization mechanism and calculation method,the test results show that after optimizing the scheduling of the adaptation network,the available bandwidth of traditional IP data is increased to 90.77%,and the average delay of different types of streams is reduced by 4.21%.
