With the explosive growth of mobile data traffic and the emergence of new services,fog computing based radio access network(F-RAN)has the performance potential to meet the future business needs and application scenarios.As a potential wireless access network infrastructure in the future,F-RAN needs to provide reliable and secure communication network services.However,the traditional "plug-in" and "patch" security defense technology can not cope with the future intelligent,diversified and covert network attacks.Therefore,F-RAN needs the endogenous defense security technology of "cohesive governance" and "self-reliance" to deal with the above attacks.This technology mainly has the following two challenges."Leakage":Fog access point(F-AP)has the ability of caching and collaboration,which leads to more serious privacy leakage problem."False":F-AP has limited computing power,high response delay requirements and low reliability of trust database maintained separately.In view of the above two challenges,in order to solve the problem of F-RAN endogenous defense security,the research work and innovations of this article mainly include:Aiming at the problem of privacy leakage during the collaborative caching process,a secure collaborative caching strategy based on stigmergy learning is proposed.Firstly,the cooperative caching and content delivery are modeled as the problem of minimizing the average delivery delay.Secondly,a stigmergy learning algorithm is proposed to realize the collaboration between F-APs.Finally,the double-mask protocol is used for encryption to ensure the security of caching decisions.The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed can improve the efficiency of task completion and the optimization degree of decision-making under the premise of avoiding privacy leakage.Aiming at the problem of malicious attacks on service providers,F-APs and terminals,a trust management mechanism based on blockchain is proposed.The trust values of direct recommendation and indirect recommendation provided by terminal.The terminal can request services from highly trusted service providers,and then evaluate the trustworthiness of service providers.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by the security analysis and performance evaluation of bad-mouthing attack and ballot-stuffing attack.In this paper,the mechanism of securely cooperative caching and trust management are studied.These studies lay some theoretical foundation for the endogenous defense security technology of F-RAN,and provide practical guarantee for the safe operation of wireless access network in the future.
