Research On Blockchain Technology Application Of Regional Equity Trading

Blockchain is a technology that has emerged in recent years.In essence,it is a chain structure that is built and stored in blocks and is connected end to end in a certain time series.People's perception of chain block is evolution from simple encryption currencies to dig the deeper underlying technology application,decentralization,block chain technology cannot tamper with the features of its natural has the property of combined with financial markets,so block chain technology application is also first to bank as a starting point,the follow-up gradually expand to other areas.As an important place for equity transfer transactions of small,medium and micro enterprises,regional equity market itself also belongs to financial infrastructure.Therefore,block chain technology has the conditions for development and innovative application on it.This paper uses comparative analysis method,literature analysis method and case analysis method to carry out the theory and case study.First,the history of blockchain technology is reviewed,and the application scenarios of blockchain technology in the financial field are summarized,and the development status of regional equity trading market is summarized and sorted.And then analyzes the existing problems of regional equity trading in China,it has some problems,such as the data is not synchronized,the due diligence is cumbersome and asymmetric,the clearing and settlement process is complex and inefficient,and the transaction and delivery costs a lot of time.Through the research and comparison of domestic and foreign online projects or ongoing cases,this paper extracts the key points of each project and highlights of the solution.Finally,based on the existing cases,combined with the characteristics of blockchain,explained in detail the platform solution built using the alliance chain as the framework,and each member joins the network as a consortium chain node and in a certain order.Besides,through this platform,the equity registration module,the member registration module,due diligence module,clearing and settlement module,transaction confirmation module can be reformed.The program further improves the efficiency of equity transactions,and ensures the security and accuracy of data.
