The proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization puts forward higher requirements for the transformation of power energy,which requires that the power system should absorb green energy more timely,the power market should be more open,and the power energy trading should be decentralized and intelligent.However,at present,the power energy trading is still carried out through the third party,the power energy data is not open and transparent,there is no trading mechanism of supply and demand interaction,and the power energy is a commodity,but it is not well traded,which makes the power energy can not be well distributed and utilized,which is not conducive to the development of an active,free and open power energy trading market.In the decentralized regional power energy trading scenario,there are security risks of information leakage and external attacks.User privacy protection and transaction mutual trust also need to be solved.In order to better solve the disadvantages of centralized trading and the technical and mutual trust problems under direct trading,this paper studies a large number of application literature of blockchain technology.After obtaining the knowledge reserve,aiming at the shortcomings of other literature in the combination of blockchain and regional power energy,this paper puts forward a design scheme of using blockchain technology to develop decentralized power energy trading system,Finally,relying on the super ledger blockchain platform,a credible and decentralized regional power energy trading system is realized by using blockchain related technologies,which realizes the functions of user identity information encryption,identity trusted identification and independent trading in the power market,and meets the needs of decentralized regional power energy trading,It realizes the user's independent pricing and point-to-point independent transaction.
