With the development of mobile communication technology,the number of terminal equipment is increasing,and the requirements of network equipment for indoor and outdoor wireless networks are getting higher and higher.Research and design of indoor and outdoor wireless base station antennas with multiple functions and reconfigurable.The research prospects and application value of Multifunctional reconfigurable antennas need to have broadband,multi-beam and beam scanning performance.Traditional phased antennas and parasitic antennas have problems such as difficulty in production,complicated operations,small number of beams,and narrow bandwidth.The dielectric antenna structure can be combined with the design of a multifunctional reconfigurable antenna due to its diversified structure,high efficiency,and simple manufacturing advantages.Therefore,the design of a reconfigurable base station antenna based on a dielectric structure has very good application value.Based on the dielectric resonator,this article first proposes a beam self-tuning gravity spherical antenna for indoor use.Under the action of gravity,the spherical structure can achieve a rotation of ±90° in two orthogonal planes,the adaptive beam scanning range can reach ±40°,and the maximum gain of the scanning process is 7.9dBi.The antenna is made by superimposing three layers of medium of rectangular parallel piped,cylinder and sphere,which can achieve broadband characteristics.The-10dB bandwidth can cover 2.09-3.25GHz,and the relative bandwidth is 43.4%.The antenna is fed by a circular ring-shaped micro strip line and an equal-length intersecting slot coupling excitation,which can realize circular polarization.The axial ratio bandwidth of 3dB can cover 1.96-2.91 GHz,and the relative bandwidth is 39%.The antenna is made of synthetic ceramic material with low cost and simple operation.Then based on the dielectric resonator,a base station antenna that can be used for outdoor extreme weather warning is designed.First,analyze the standard radiation characteristics of the antenna,and then use two methods to realize the reconfiguration of the center frequency of the antenna,analyze the difference between the reconfiguration antenna's radiation performance and the standard radiation performance,and determine the weather state.The antenna is made of a hemispherical dielectric structure,and the center frequency range can be reconfigured in the range of 3-5GHz.It can distinguish two extreme weathers(icing and rain flooding),ensuring that the antenna can be maintained in time and ensuring bad weather Communication quality under the antenna.The antenna adopts glass material with low cost,which provides a good way to ensure the communication quality of outdoor base station antennas in inclement weather.This article has carried on the detailed theoretical analysis to the above-mentioned two kinds of antennas,uses the electromagnetic simulation software to carry on the simulation calculation,and carries on the processing test to the antenna,verifies the performance of the antenna.Experiments have proved that the performance of the antenna is very good,and the test results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis and simulation calculation results,and have very good practical application value in the application of the new antenna system.
