With more and more attention focused on social sustainability,including workers' health,economic indicators are no longer the only criteria for the effectiveness of logistics optimization.Water spider material distribution system,as an important part of workshop internal logistics,involves a lot of physical work.On the one hand,the work safety risks it may cause are closely related to operators' work safety,and on the other hand,it will also cause financial pressure through industrial injury compensation,production stagnation and other ways.Optimizing internal logistics by comprehensively considering the sustainable factors in economic and social aspects and realizing the optimization of logistics cost on the basis of controlling the risk of workers' injury has become the common research hotspot of academic circles and industry.Therefore,based on the water spider material distribution in internal logistics as the research object,to the sustainable development of the "Triple Bottom Line(Triple Bottom Line,TBL)" as the guiding ideology,with mathematical modeling and accurate algorithm,heuristic algorithm for supporting technology,for water spider material distribution system of the loading,transportation and other work involved in analysis,step is optimized,and studies the mutual influence between work,realized as a comprehensive optimization of the system.Firstly,this paper discusses the optimization of cargo space on the multi-compartment material truck,including how to classify materials and optimize the allocation of cargo space on the truck,so as to reduce the physical load of water spiders in material loading and unloading work.Secondly,the optimization method of material distribution scheme is explored,including improving the feeding time window satisfaction rate of the station,reducing the delivery time,distance and cost,which also takes into account the working load of workers in the whole process of loading,unloading and transportation.This paper takes the loading and transportation work in the water spider material distribution system as the core,focuses on economic sustainability and social sustainability,and conducts an in-depth study from the aspects of problem abstraction,mathematical model,optimization algorithm and case application,including:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics of the working mode of using multi-carriage material cart to distribute materials,and puts forward the idea of collaborative optimization of material classification and cargo space assignment.Aiming at the convenience of loading and unloading and the minimization of loading and unloading work load,the optimization model of multi-compartment material truck is established.Two different methods,dynamic programming algorithm and Epsilon greedy algorithm,were designed to solve the problem according to the different quantity of the target stations of the materials,and the feasibility of the algorithm and the optimization effect of the model were analyzed through calculation examples.(2)Various costs that may be involved in the material distribution system of running water spider are analyzed,including the labor cost of running water spider,vehicle running cost and penalty cost when the feeding time exceeds the time window,and specific evaluation methods of various costs are studied.(3)Optimize the linkage between loading work and material distribution work.Based on multi-objective material car output optimization model for the optimal position would be appointed,to minimize the cost of the study can make the material delivery path and specific delivery time arrangement and set up based on the soft time Windows and people for the sustainability of material delivery path optimization model,which also discusses the working load of water spider and corresponding wide put time effect on the total cost.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by an example.The research in this paper enriches the research in the field of sustainable logistics to a certain extent,and provides new ideas for improving the social economy and social sustainability of internal logistics.The optimization method proposed is not only innovative in theory,but also can effectively improve the economic efficiency and corporate social responsibility of enterprises in the field of internal logistics.
