The development of the mobile Internet has promoted the popularization of mobile third-party applications, and mobile phone users have gradually become more dependent on third-party applications. If the users do not unbind the third-party application in time when change or deactivate the mobile phone number, there will be a series of third-party-applications problems such as the old user's privacy leakage and property losses after the "secondary number allocation" of the mobile phone number. At present, the existing third-party application binding query platform has problems such as poor data integrity, weak security, low credibility, and centralized storage of user privacy data.It is of great research significance and practical value to research and implement a secure and reliable third-party application data protection system which can effectively help users to inquire the complete information of third-party application binding. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current research status of third-party-applications data protection for mobile phone users, and summarizes the existing methods to solve the problem of timely unbinding third-party applications for users. On the basis of the above analysis and summary, firstly this paper proposes to apply the blockchain technology to the data protection of third-party applications for mobile phone users. And this paper also realizes the construction of storage on the blockchain platform based on Ethereum, which solves the problem of centralized user private data.Besides, designs smart contracts with specific functions to ensure the credibility in the process of data registration, data unbinding and results among mobile phone users, operators and third-party applications, which effectively avoids privacy and property losses caused by "secondary number allocation".In addition to this, this paper proposes the use of Keccak algorithm to encrypt the private data like the mobile phone number on the chain, which effectively protects the private security of users.Based on the above research ideas and contents, this paper designs and implements the corresponding data protection system, and completes the core function test.It verifies that the third-party application data protection system for mobile phone users based on the blockchain can provide users with complete and reliable third-party application binding data, and promote timely interpretation of third-party applications binding. At the same time,it realizes data sharing between operators and third-party applications. If the research results of this paper are successfully applied to the telecommunications industry,it is expected to provide more diversified services for users.
