With the benefit of economic reform and open up,China's economy has become increasingly prosperous,and the number of market subject has grown rapidly.However,the current market supervision procedure is difficult to deal with such a large number of enterprises.Besides,it also contains some unnecessary manual steps,such as formulating inspection plans,extracting enterprises and officer,etc.And the results of the extraction are artificial manipulation too,which brings many troubles.Another problem to be solved is how to improve the efficiency and pertinence of inspection.The rapid development of network information technology provides a turning point for solving the above-mentioned problems.However,the current relevant system still has many shortcomings,such as simple extraction logic,weak correlation between extraction results and inspection content and so on.Therefore,using network information technology to design and implement a double random inspection management subsystem is of great significance to the current market supervision procedure.This paper describes the design and implementation of double random inspection management subsystem in comprehensive supervision platform.The system is responsible for extracting and managing the inspection plan for the enterprise,which improves the inspection efficiency while avoiding the interference of human factors.Its core function is an extraction algorithm based on enterprise grade which could be dynamically adjusted according to business rules.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the subsystem,and investigates the related technologies involved in this subsystem.Then,this paper analyzes and summarizes the requirements and users of the subsystem.Afterwards,this paper introduces the detailed design and implementation of functional modules,database tables and interfaces.Finally,the functional and non-functional tests are conducted for the subsystem,and then the deployment and application of the platform are given.This paper has completed all the development work of the subsystem which realized the management of the entire process of formulating inspection plans.And this subsystem has good flexibility and expansibility,which is easy to follow up maintenance and modification.At last,this subsystem has been deployed in the government intranet environment,and each function are running well to meet the needs of users.
