Quick Response Code,which is also known as QR Code,is one of the most widely used two-dimensional codes.As an influential tool in the mobile Internet era,QR codes have brought convenience to people's living but also raised numerous security risks,for instance,some unscrupulous elements have counterfeited and tampered with QR codes to commit fraud and implanted malicious viruses to attack mobile phones,posing a great threat to the public's property and information security.In order to ensure the security of QR codes and prevent false deception,this paper conducts research on QR codes based on information hiding,with the main research content as follows.For QR codes with logos,a QR code information hiding method based on digital watermarking technology is proposed.The method takes advantage of the rich texture and color of the logo and its excellent information hiding ability,embeds a digital watermark related to the text content of the QR code in the logo,and judges the legitimacy of the QR code by verifying the text content with the extracted watermark in the scanning recognition stage.The experimental results demonstrate that the approach can effectively generate verifiable and secure QR codes with better transparency and compression resistance compared to previous methods.The encoding and error correction mechanisms of QR codes are studied,and a method of information hiding based on the error correction mechanism of QR codes is proposed.The solution embeds data that can check the text content of the QR code in the sequence of data code words and error correction code words,and combines the module layout and display characteristics to improve its concealment.The experimental demonstration shows that the method has good information holding capacity and higher recognition accuracy.A web-based QR code generation and recognition system is designed and implemented.The system is provided for users through the mobile phone terminal,which mainly includes QR code generation,recognition and detection functions.The system also includes a PC-based service for administrators to manage QR codes,common users and system operation status.The system test shows that the application can meet the requirements of security QR code generation and detection,and is convenient to manage and has good performance,which has certain practical value.
