Research On Financial Sharing Service Application Of Z Company Under The Background Of Smartcloud

With the continuous development and innovation of science and technology in modern society,the era of "big smart mobile cloud" has come.Big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and other cutting-edge technologies under the background of big smart mobile cloud have gradually penetrated into people's production and life.The latest "fourteenth five year plan" also requires Chinese enterprises to achieve high-quality development.Driven by complete science and technology and strong policies,domestic enterprises have begun to break the deadlock of traditional financial model,implement the reform of financial model,and financial sharing has emerged in the public view.The new financial sharing mode under the background of "big smart mobile cloud" is particularly eye-catching.It is a new financial mode based on big data application and cutting-edge technology,which optimizes the multi terminal process of enterprise processing finance and business,so as to control enterprise operating costs and improve the level of capital management.At this stage,the application of Financial Sharing Service in China has come to a period of rapid expansion,but it is worth noting that the application mode of financial sharing is still in the development stage in the world,and needs to be constantly improved and mature.Therefore,we need to pay attention to its potential risks and shortcomings when using the new financial sharing mode.This paper will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Financial Sharing Mode in practical application through specific case analysis,and seek the path to optimize financial sharing,hoping to provide some suggestions for enterprises to implement financial sharing.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and case study method to discuss.The theory part mainly uses the literature research method to explore the development process and research results of financial sharing service,and elaborates the related theories of financial sharing service and big smart cloud,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research content of this paper.Then it analyzes the application status of enterprise financial sharing services in China from the macro level,including the establishment incentives,implementation status,potential problems and so on;then it introduces the case of Z company from the micro level to carry out the following three parts of research.First of all,based on the motivation of Z company to establish financial sharing service,this paper makes a detailed description of its construction scheme from the aspects of organizational structure,information system,main process operation,etc.Secondly,the paper compares the benefits of Z company before and after the establishment of Financial Sharing Service Center,including positive benefits and potential problems.The benefit analysis mainly uses the major financial indicators to prove the effectiveness,including the main profit rate,income and expense rate and other indicators.Finally,in order to solve the existing problems of Z company's financial sharing service platform as the guidance,put forward the problem countermeasures and optimization suggestions,for Z company's Financial Sharing Service Center sustainable good development empowerment,for the enterprise to create greater value.This paper uses the method of combining theory with case,from the analysis of the current situation of the industry to the analysis of the current situation of financial sharing application of Z company,in order to explore the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of Financial Sharing Platform of Z company.At present,China's Financial Sharing Service Center is in the process of continuous optimization and development,and has been relatively mature in the construction of the main operation process.However,there are still some deficiencies in the integration of industry and finance,data security,performance appraisal,etc.,which need to be continuously improved.I hope that some countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper can provide new ideas for the optimization of Enterprise Financial Sharing Service Center.
