With the development of intelligent automobile technology and the support of the Ministry of Education on students' practice activities,the scale of various kinds of smart car competition for students has been gradually expanded.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,people's communication methods have evolved from wired communication to wireless communication.The development of satellite and radar technology has accelerated the pace of satellite communication development.In the future,satellite communication networks that can be integrated with terrestrial mobile communication networks is one of the main research directions.In the research on satellite communication,the antenna array synthesis problem is the main research content.At present,the mainstream optimization models are relatively single and pertinent,and there is little research on the optimization model of cluster feed secondary beam synthesis.In addition,with the increase in the number of synthesized beams,traditional optimization methods are difficult to deal with large-scale,multi-variable and multi-peak optimization problems.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the cluster feed secondary beam synthesis optimization as the research direction,designs the corresponding optimization model,and uses an improved intelligent algorithm to solve the optimization problem.The specific research content is as follows:(1)An optimization model is established for the optimization problem of cluster feed secondary beam synthesis.When the far-field pattern of the target beam is known,the high-level number fitting method and the envelope method are introduced to model the objective function;When the far-field pattern of the target beam is unknown,frequency division multiplexing technology is adopted,and on this basis,a parallel collaborative optimization strategy for the same frequency beam is proposed.Combining the respective characteristics of the high-level number fitting method and the envelope method,the design of the optimization model is carried out from the performance indicators.(2)Research on differential evolution algorithm and particle swarm algorithm and their improved algorithms in intelligent algorithms.Combined with the physical characteristics of the optimization problem,the improved differential evolution algorithm is improved by setting different search intervals for different individuals in the population;an improved particle swarm algorithm suitable for multi-peak optimization problems is introduced.(3)Aiming at the problem of cluster feed secondary beam synthesis optimization,the proposed optimization model and optimization algorithm are used to optimize the beam synthesis.The improved algorithm of differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem,and the synthesis of the target beam that meets the given performance index is realized.The improved algorithm of differential evolution algorithm and particle swarm algorithm is compared through experimental simulation,and the superiority of the proposed improved algorithm is verified.
