In the process of the acquisition and disposal of collateral by financial asset management companies,the due diligence information between banks and financial asset management companies for the same collateral is asymmetry,which leads to financial asset management companies'analysis of the value of the collateral to be acquired.Problems,and the severe fragmentation of collateral information between the internal departments of financial asset management companies makes the approval efficiency of subsidiaries and the head office very low,and it is difficult to coordinate cross-collateral disposal between different subsidiaries.Based on the current status quo,it is necessary to break the information island and make the collateral information open and transparent among the various participants.Therefore,this article uses blockchain technology to put the collateral information on the chain,and all parties jointly maintain the distributed storage of the collateral information.Ledger,improve work efficiency,avoid manual errors,and save time and cost.This article aims to build two blockchain networks,namely the alliance chain between the bank and the financial asset management company and the private chain within the financial asset management company.Through cross-chain interaction,the collateral information in the alliance chain can be transmitted.In the private chain,build a financial collateral credible collaboration system for the company's business personnel and managers on the blockchain network to ensure the authenticity and uniqueness of the collateral information,as well as the collateral operation record and the operator's public key.It will be recorded on the chain to reduce the cost of trust and improve the efficiency of financial collateral disposal.The main tasks of this paper are:(1)Construction of consortium chain and private chainThe private chain constructed in this article is constructed using the open source Hyperledger Fabric.The head office and subsidiaries are set as organizations in the Fabric,and the departments contained in each company are set as nodes under the corresponding organization.According to the relevant business needs of the financial asset management company's internal collateral processing,write smart contract code so that nodes of different organizations have different read and write permissions on the ledger;use private data sets to realize the disclosure of collateral information among collaborative units,Only its hash value is displayed for other units,and other units can be verified.The alliance chain is also constructed using Hyperledger Fabric.The bank headquarters,branches and financial asset management companies are set as organizations in the Fabric,and the departments contained in each company are set as nodes under the corresponding organization.(2)Cross-chain interaction between consortium chain and private chainIn order to solve the problem of asymmetry of collateral due diligence information,this paper designs a cross-chain interaction method to enable nodes in the private chain to obtain collateral due diligence information stored by bank nodes in the alliance chain.(3)Design and implement a credible collaboration system for financial collateralIn order to meet the actual use needs of relevant personnel in the collateral processing process,combined with actual business scenarios,this paper designs and develops a financial collateral credible collaboration system.The system supports the on-chain,query,modification and traceability of collateral information,as well as cross-chain acquisition of collateral information.In addition,it also realizes the blockchain browser to monitor the alliance chain network and the private chain network.
