With the popularization of mobile smart terminals,mobile communication traffic will increase substantially,among which the rapid development of mobile multimedia services accounted for the largest proportion.However,while mobile multimedia services bring users entertainment experience anytime and anywhere they want,the services also bring a great burden to the network.To solve the problem of traffic load,it is necessary to optimize the management of network resources.eMBMS,evolved Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service,can make full use of spectrum resources to provide multimedia services that require the content center to distribute multicast content to base stations,reducing the flexibility of network optimization.Through edge cache technology,the content center can be offloaded to the edge of network,and the uploading and distribution of mobile live content can be optimized at the edge of network.This thesis conducts a research on network resource management optimization for mobile live broadcast scenarios,combines mobile live broadcast services with edge caching,and multimedia broadcasting to optimize service quality for live broadcast services.1.This paper studies the architecture,advantages and relevant application scenarios of MEC multi-access edge cache and eMBMS technology,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent combination of the two technologies for network resource management in live broadcast scenes,and models the architecture characteristics of MEC and eMBMS applied in live broadcast scenes.2.To improve the service quality of mobile terminal live broadcast business,the popularity prediction algorithm based on PLSA model is used to predict the popularity,and the simulated annealing algorithm based on MEC collaborative edge caching strategy is proposed.The simulation results show that this strategy can optimize the delay of live broadcast business,and has better delay optimization effect than the common cooperative caching strategy based on popularity in the scene of live broadcast industry at mobile terminals.3.To further optimize the network resource management and improve the spectral efficiency,a network resource management optimization scheme combining MEC and EMBMS was proposed in the live broadcast scene,and the cache strategy was studied according to the broadcast characteristics.The simulation results show that eMBMS and MEC combined with fair resource allocation can improve the system throughput and reduce the average service delay while maintaining the quality of unicast service.
