Rapid advances in wireless communications technology and the initial commercialization of 5th(5G)Release 15 have made the challenge of spectrum scarcity increasingly apparent.Therefore,the 3rd(3 GPP)standardization organization further standardized millimeter wave technology and massive multiple input multiple output technology in 5G Release 17.This has also promoted the explosion of radio frequency devices and brought challenges to the performance and testing of radio frequency devices.At present,facing the situation of low localization rate of 5G radio frequency devices and antenna modules,insufficient competitiveness of high-end core devices,and limitations of performance testing technology based on the whole machine,modeling of non-ideal characteristics of radio frequency devices and pre-fading synthesis technology based on anechoic chamber has become an important research topic in the performance test of the 5G hole machine.Based on the principle of optimizing the performance of the whole machine,this paper develops a link-level simulation platform for 5G whole machine over-the-air(OTA)testing.Research the non-ideal characteristics of power amplifiers,filters,antenna radio frequency devices and OTA channel reconstruction technology based on anechoic chambers,and evaluate and analyze the end-to-end simulation performance of the whole machine.First,this paper designs and implements a baseband link-level simulation platform.The paper studies the wireless communication simulation method,and on this basis,the overall architecture and design ideas of the baseband link-level simulation platform are determined.The baseband link-level simulation platform was developed by the modular design method using MATLAB language,and the simulation platform under the AWGN channel and fading channel was simulated,and the reliability of the baseband link-level simulation platform developed in this paper was proved through comparative analysis.Secondly,this paper studies and implements the non-ideal characteristics of the radio frequency module and its modeling algorithm.The thesis studies the non-ideal characteristics of each RF module.Subsequently,based on the non-ideal characteristic algorithm model of the radio frequency module realized in the thesis,the algorithm model of the radio frequency device was tested and calibrated.By setting different physical parameters that characterize the non-ideal characteristics of the radio frequency module,power ampli fier,filter,and antenna are simulated and evaluated.The simulation results preliminarily show that the physical characteristic parameters of the radio frequency device after debugging and optimization can improve the transmission reliability of the system.Then,this thesis studies the reconstruction of the OTA channel model for the whole machine.The thesis studies the modeling process of the target 3 GPP standard channel model and the OTA reconstruction channel model based on the anechoic chamber.On this basis,we studied how to use Pre-Faded Signal synthesis channel reconstruction technology to reproduce the Spatial characteristics of the 3GPP standard channel model,and developed an OTA channel model based on the anechoic chamber scheme,and the reconstruction performance of the baseband link-level simulation platform based on the OTA channel model realized in the thesis was simulated and verified.The simulation results show that the simulation platform using the OTA channel model of the anechoic chamber can accurately reconstruct the Spatial characteristics of the target channel simulation platform.Finally,this paper studies the influence of radio frequency devices on the performance of the OTA test of the whole machine.Based on the verified OTA test simulation platform,combined with the non-ideal characteristics of the radio frequency device simulation module,the non-ideal characteristics of the radio frequency module were simulated and evaluated on the whole OTA test platform.The simulation results show that the non-ideal characteristics of the radio frequency module will seriously affect the performance of the whole platform.By adjusting the influence of the non-ideal factors of the radio frequency module,under the error vector magnitude meeting the requirements of the 3 GPP system,the simulation results show that the influence of the radio frequency non-ideal characteristics on the performance of the whole machine can be improved.The OTA test simulation platform for the 5G whole machine developed in this paper can find out the performance of the core device of the whole machine,and provide a reference for the establishment of corresponding product specifications and test specifications.
