In recent years,with the development and industrialization of traditional crystalline silicon solar cells and various new types of solar cells,perovskite solar cells have become a research hotspot.Perovskite,as the absorber of solar cells,has the characteristics of high absorption coefficient,high carrier mobility,high stability,controllable band gap,and bipolarity.High-quality perovskite single crystals can ont only improve the performance of perovskite solar cells,but also be used to prepare a series of photoelectronic devices.In this paper,the growth conditions of perovskite single crystals were studied in depth,different growth methods were developed,and single crystal photodetectors were prepared to obtain excellent photoelectric conversion performance.The research content is as follows:1.Using capillary glass tube as one-dimensional micro-template and nucleation center,a new single crystal growth method,namely―suspension method‖,was used to synthesize CH3NH3Pb Br3(MAPb Br3)perovskite single crystal.The suspension method is easier than traditional solution method.Through the preparation of single crystal photoelectric detector,compare the difference between the planar and concave single crystal photoelectric detector performance.The special light trapping,carrier transport path and high quality crystal interface of the concave single crystal are highlighted.2.The CH3NH3PbCl3(MAPbCl3)perovskite single crystal was grown by suspension method,the synthesized MAPbCl3 single crystal has light transmissivity.The planar and concave single crystal photodetectors irradiated by deep ultraviolet were prepared and the results show that the concave single crystal photodetector has better photoelectric performance.3.CsPbBr3 perovskite single crystal was grown by cosolvent method,different cosolvent and different raw material input ratio were analyzed experimentally,raw material with equal mole ratio was used to grow CsPbBr3 perovskite single crystal,which saved the input of raw material and could precipitate high crystallinity CsPbBr3single crystal and prepare single crystal photodetector.
