The arrival of Industry 4.0 has accelerated the pace of enterprise information construction,improved the level of production management of enterprises,and brought great changes to the global manufacturing industry.MES system has a good role in the optimization of enterprise production management,can improve the economic benefits and core competitiveness of enterprises,welcomed by many enterprises.The existing MES system is generally controlled by PC terminal,and there are environmental restrictions in operation,and it does not have convenience.Realizing the production management function of MES system through mobile terminal can break through the environmental restrictions of PC terminal,facilitate users to query the production data in real time,improve the mobile office capacity of enterprises,strengthen the information exchange between enterprises and customers,and further improve the production management level of enterprises.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Complete the overall scheme design of mobile MES management system.Based on the analysis of MES system and ERP system in use,combined with the actual production management needs of enterprises,the mobile MES management system is designed into account management,order management,material management,scheduling management,production management,quality management and delivery management and other seven modules,and the functional requirements of each module are studied.According to the functional requirements of the system,the overall design scheme of the system architecture design,data source processing,scheduling algorithm,server development and mobile APP development is completed.(2)Dynamic scheduling of production scheduling.The problems of production scheduling in enterprises are studied and the uncertain factors that need to be considered in the design of scheduling algorithm are analyzed.Genetic algorithm and neural network algorithm are studied.According to the characteristics of genetic algorithm,such as fewer restrictions,fast search speed and high expansibility,the neural network algorithm is optimized,which solves the problems of slow convergence of neural network algorithm and easy occurrence of local minimum value,and realizes the dynamic scheduling of enterprise production scheduling.(3)System server construction.The related technologies of server development were studied,including database,JDK,SSM framework integration,Tomcat,etc.,and the server development environment was completed.According to the basic data and access requirements required by the system,My SQL is selected as the database of the system,and the data migration of MES system and ERP system is realized through the middleware method to ensure the real-time data of the system.Idea development tool for server development,complete the system required functional interface design,to achieve the server's request and response.(4)Mobile APP design.The application development process of Android system and IOS system is studied.According to the characteristics of React Native,Cordova and Flutter,three cross-platform development technologies,Flutter,which has higher development efficiency and better UI performance,was adopted as the development framework of the mobile terminal,and the development environment was completed.Android Studio development tools were used to integrate Flutter framework,and mobile terminal APP was developed with Dart language.The DIO library is used to realize the network request,the data interaction between the mobile terminal and the server is realized,and the returned data is analyzed according to the interface design of the server.Completed the UI design of each functional module and the realization of functions,including click response,dynamic loading of data,file uploading and downloading,etc.The implementation of the mobile MES management system online operation,verified the feasibility of the system design.
