Multi-wavelet is a natural generation of scalar wavelet. Multi-wavelet is proposed for its advance characteristics and the special algorithm structure comparing with the traditional wavelet. In this thesis, a new method of signal de-noising is presented based on multi-wavelet transform. The related functions of the method are investigated by numerical simulation. The results show us that the method is reliable and for the analysis of many kinds of signals with the advantage of a strong de-noising.According to the features and requirements of flutter test signal, a filter technique is developed. The feasibility of the technique is examined by using compute simulation and flutter testing of aeroelastic models in low-speed wind tunnel.All the calculation software is completed under the Matlab6.5 and Labview6.1 for Windows.
